Sharon Kwan decided to work with money at the age of 14. Having done a work placement at a bank, she decided against going into the world of banking. After obtaining a BA (Hons) in Accounting at the University of Kent at Canterbury, Sharon embarked on her accounting traineeship at Hampstead Health Authority. After working at the Royal Free for two years, Sharon went to work at Barts Hospital as Management Accountant for a further two years.

Sharon then became Production Accountant at the Royal Opera House for four years before working as Finance & Planning Officer (Head Office) at Scope where she spent the next 10 months before joining Complicite as Financial Manager.

Sharon started working for The Make A Difference Trust in February 2009. When Sharon is away from her calculator, she enjoys singing, cooking, archery & travelling.

She has very broad business knowledge and brightens the office on the days each week when she comes into the office.
