Volunteer
If you have some spare time, why not put it to good use, and volunteer. Volunteers are vital to The Make A Difference Trust. We are always looking for helpful and reliable volunteers, no matter how much time you are able to spare, and no matter what your skills.
Volunteering is a great way to develop your skills, meet new people and work as part of an enthusiastic team. While the reasons people volunteer are as varied as their ages and backgrounds, they all have at least two things in common, they love the arts – theatre, film, dance and music - and they want to help men, women and children with HIV and AIDS or other long-term medical conditions.
Volunteers help with a variety of tasks including mailings, flyer and poster distribution, ushering, program stuffing and distribution at events, as well as joining in with our bucket collections. Furthermore, we are always looking for volunteers with office, computer, copy writing and design skills to work with our small dedicated team of staff.
