Terms and conditions of this free HIV self-testing service

Ordering a test from this website is subject to the terms and conditions below. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this page.

How we use your data

We will share your name and address securely with our fulfilment partner BioSURE UK, who make the self-test kits, solely for the purpose of supplying your test kit directly to you. BioSure will only use your details to post you the testing kit.

Self-testing Service

You may only order one test kit at a time.
You may only order a test kit for yourself.
You must enter your date of birth to order a test kit.
You must be over 16 years old for a test kit to be sent to you.

If you choose to provide your mobile number we will send you an SMS text message asking if you would let us know the result once you’ve completed your test if you are happy to do so. There is no obligation for you to share this information with us if you would rather not.

NB we will not send test kits to business addresses, only to private individuals
